To import a sheet into a new workbook in Equals, you first need to connect to a sheet in your new workbook. Create a new sheet and then open the "Connections" sidebar from the toolbar:

Once you've opened "Connections," click "Connect Datasource," select "Workbook," and then choose the workbook you'd like to connect:

Next, choose the sheet you'd like to import:

You can now run a query, which will return the data currently in the sheet you've selected, and you can start your analysis.
